  1. Myam! I could dig into that immediately! Too bad I’m too poor this month to afford prawns, but I have all ingredients that are needed for the dipping, and I think it may go well with grilled chicken as well, no?

      Hi Kath,

I think the dipping sauce and the prawns are really a great combo as it brings out the sweetness in the prawns. It should also go well with grilled octopus, squid and scallops.

Grilled chicken should work too if there are no overpowering marinade in the chicken.

  2. Made this today, and it was gorgeous! (Had it with boiled octopus.) Awesome because I’ve never liked green coriander! But now I think coriander and me be able to become friends. :)

Hi Kath, I’m glad you like it! The dipping sauce is very versatile and generally goes well with grilled seafood. The coriander gives it a nice aromatic flavour.

  3. Oh, and I think I’ll use the rest for marinating the chicken breast filet that’s sitting in my fridge. 😀
