Seared beef fillets with garlic chips

When I’m famished, I think of the above image and I suspect I’m not different to most guys in this respect. Best of all, it’s a simple and fast recipe and this is important when the  hunger pangs are beckoning.

Turn steaks over once only

  1. I love garlic chips! I just bought 5 kilos of fresh wild garlic at the shuk (market). They must taste wonderful with beef fillet.

  6. Oh! I never knew the way you slice the meat. So it has to be fried first then slice it to cubes. Now I get it.
